I had a gold necklace clasp that was “repaired” for $30 by another jeweler in Sheepshead Bay but it promptly broke so I was very wary about finding a jeweler who I could trust to do the job right. I visited Perlina Jewelers for bracelet resizing, and I had a fantastic experience. The owner was friendly, and the service was not only quick but also reasonably priced compared to other places I had checked. However, the highlight of my visit was meeting Shlomo, the adorable and friendly dog. While waiting for my bracelet, I enjoyed some delightful moments rubbing Shlomo’s belly and relishing his company. Overall, a great combination of excellent service and canine charm.

Had a very complicated ring that needed adjustment. The owner fixed a horrible job that someone else had done before and made sure it fit perfectly. He did it while I was there because I needed to try it on a few times to get it perfect.

Professional, great service! I came here because I needed to have my wedding band appraised and (thought I needed) my engagement ring resized. The gentleman working was great. He quickly appraised my ring. He was also honest in telling me my other ring didn’t need resizing even though he could have made a profit doing so. I would definitely go here again. Additionally, the owner’s friendly, cute dog was definitely a plus.
